We handpicked 4 different varieties of 3-year aged black tea (saemidori, meiryoku, yabukita, and yutakamidori) to create this full-bodied rich black tea.
This tea is flavoured with black ginger, the gingers grown in Miyazaki that undergoes aging process for 3 weeks resulting dark color and 57 times higher in shoagaol, which can raise your body temperature significantly.
All in all, you can enjoy the bold, brisk, and malty flavor of aged black tea with undertone of black ginger.
Organic Green Tea Powder with Aged Black Ginger
We use "Asatsuyu" green tea that grows in free from pesticide and synthetic fertilizer and bathes in the warm sunshine in Miyazaki, Japan.
"Asatsuyu" means morning dew and is also known as "natural gyokuro" because of its fragrance and umami; it's also a very delicate variety which makes it rare among most producers.
The tea is also flavoured with black ginger, the ginger itself is grown in Miyazaki that undergoes aging process for 3 weeks resulting dark color and 57 times higher in shogaol, a compound that significantly warm your body inside out.
