Ginger Stir Fried Pork

Yield: 2 servings
  • Pork 180g

  • Onion 1

  • Soy Oil Q.S.

  • Black Garlic Ginger Rice Topping 2tbp

  • Black Garlic Umami Sauce Q.S.



  1. Cut the onion to the size that is good for one bite, heat up the frying pan, add in cooking oil and pork.

  2. When the pork is almost done, put in chopped onion and stir fry on medium heat.

  3. Keep stir frying until the onion turn brown and add in Black Garlic Ginger Rice Topping, mix well and serve hot.
