Mushroom Chicken Soup

Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
  • Shredded Chicken 50g

  • White Radish 1/4

  • Pine Nut

  • Different varieties of mushroom

  • Water 200ml

  • Black Garlic Umami Sauce 1tbp

  • Black Garlic Chili Infused Oil

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

 

Directions

  1.  Prepare a frying pan, turn up the heat, add in cooking oil and all the mushroom.

  2. Grate the white radish and set aside.

  3. Stir fry the shredded chicken, add in water, grated radish, pine nut and Black Garlic Umami Sauce.

  4. When boiled, add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Spoon Salad

Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients

Cream Cheese | Preferable Amount

Black Garlic Salad Dressing Natural I Preferable Amount

Black Garlic Chili Sauce   | 1 Tbsp

Parsley | Preferable Amount

Lettuce | 3 pieces

Tomato | 2 pcs

Black Garlic Umami Sauce  | 2 Tbsp

 

Directions

1.      Dice cut the cream cheese and tomatoes.

2.     Chop off lettuce to small pieces, put on cream cheese and tomatoes.

3.     Mix Black Garlic Umami Sauce with Black Garlic Chili Sauce and garnish on top of the lettuce.

Steak Salad

Yield: 2 servings
 

Ingredients

Steak | 1 pc

Black Garlic Chili Sauce | 2Tbsp

Black Garlic Salad Dressing Natural I Preferable Amount

Mixed Salad Greens | Preferable Amount

Grated White Radish  | 1/2 pc

 

Directions

  1. Bring a salad plate, put on mixed salad greens with cut steak and grated white radish.

  2. Put a spoonful of Black Garlic Chili Sauce and Black Garlic Salad Dressing Natural on top of grated white radish.

 

Spring Rolls

Yield: 2 servings
 

 

Ingredients

Spring Roll | 2 pcs

Black Garlic Chili Sauce |  Preferable Amount

Directions

1.     Change the dipping sauce from sweet&sour sauce to Black Garlic Chili Sauce
