Mushroom Chicken Soup
Shredded Chicken 50g
White Radish 1/4
Different varieties of mushroom
Black Garlic Umami Sauce 1tbp
Black Garlic Chili Infused Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Prepare a frying pan, turn up the heat, add in cooking oil and all the mushroom.
Grate the white radish and set aside.
Stir fry the shredded chicken, add in water, grated radish, pine nut and Black Garlic Umami Sauce.
When boiled, add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
1. Dice cut the cream cheese and tomatoes.
2. Chop off lettuce to small pieces, put on cream cheese and tomatoes.
3. Mix Black Garlic Umami Sauce with Black Garlic Chili Sauce and garnish on top of the lettuce.
Bring a salad plate, put on mixed salad greens with cut steak and grated white radish.
Put a spoonful of Black Garlic Chili Sauce and Black Garlic Salad Dressing Natural on top of grated white radish.
