1. Drain tofu thoroughly. Cut tofu to cube size and marinate with Vegan Black Garlic Umami Sauce Garlic Flavor. Set aside.
2. Bring a frying pan, add in cooking oil and bring to 180C. Coat tofu with cornstarch and deep fry till golden brown.
3. Deep fry bell peppers and onions quickly. Take out and set aside.
4. Bring a wok to hot, add in the mixture of ketchup, Vegan Black Garlic Umami Sauce Garlic Flavor and black vinegar. Throw in fried tofu and vegetables, stir well.
5. Serve hot.
